Rogues vs melee evasion

Looking for suggestions on beating Jonah Unchained and Torr Olgosso as a melee evasion character.

I was level 68 farming docks when Torr came out of a strongbox. I hit him with enfeeble. I have 55% evade chance, 30% block chance, 40% dodge chance. He was hitting me 3 out of 4 attacks. I drop a smoke mine to add blind, he still hits me constantly. Looking for advice on how to counter his insane accuracy?

Jonah Unchained is a similar story due to his resolute technique, but his damage is considerably lower so slightly more manageable.

Need some strategies for these situations, thanks in advance.

i don't get it - it doesn't say Torr has RT or anything like that, so i have no idea why you'd be hit so often.
even vs Jonah, who does have RT, you're still able to block and dodge their attacks.

your best defense vs this is a good offense. kill them faster so they have less time to beat on you.
you could use more block though but i don't know how feasible that is for your build/gear
Self cast immortal call comes to mind.

Arctic armor if you can manage its mana cost?

And of course, the always so awesome after introduction lightning coil.

I think the immortal call would be the easiest way imo. (only requiring gem investment and nothing else, so should be relatively easy.)

ya a CWDT with immortal call should always be in place for all evasion builds, since this is also the best defense vs physical dmg spells.

actually im thinking the wiki info on exiles isn't exactly correct, or at least not complete. i just died to Minara Anemina and im not sure how. she must have some type of reflect of elemental dmg, otherwise i have NO idea how i was taking dmg so consistently vs her and her minions yet the wiki doesn't say such a thing.
The minions have minion instability if i am not mistaken, depending on the map level and mods, this can get VERYYYY troublesome real fast.

had to look up what that was. hmm, it is possible. even tho my fire resistance is maxed its my lowest resis at 75%. i still do hold a current 31% spell block and 46% spell dodge...not sure if it negates that or what.
i noticed the damage spike when she had a lot of minions out so i wasn't sure if her minions reflected damage or what - its most likely that.

i got knocked real low, like 200 hp or something, and i managed to get away but the blood rage burn killed me since my pots were empty and i was preoccupied with a skype call so i didn't think to swap my weapons, turning the burn off, in time. her minions death don't contribute flask charges, which really sucks

^the problem is that minion instability scales with map level AND mods! It can get quite insane, imagine a crit in a 78 map with %extra x elemental damage for instance.

PoeF you die!

:')

Ruby flask is adviced when you jump into her army :).

(also you might have been shocked on an explosion?)

Well solved your problem :), peace

Most likely the explosion is non-Attack non-Spell ('secondary') Damage, and thus cannot be Blocked, Evaded or Dodged.

Minara is super-buffed as of recently. She has minion instability, minions explode and do plenty of damage. Have you encountered her when she first got buffed? She used to spam a skeleton army, like spam every 2 seconds and all of those minions exploded in your face? It was nuts.
