Can't see monsters in party gameplay

I'm struggling to see and click monsters in 3-6 party gameplay. So many spells and effects flying around with tens of item names blocking the vision it becomes highly unlikely to be able to distinguish enemies in all this chaos. I find myself just standing there and moving my mouse trying to find something to smash :)

I know abot Z button but it doesn't really help.

We need some sort of red outline on enemies who re blocked by spells

I'm having the same problem.
Wouldn't toggle-able monster healthbars help?

While having healthbars would certainly help and be a fine idea, one could argue that you still can't see monsters. Instead you'd see health bars.

The problem is the extraordinary flashiness of even the simplest spells. Many things just flat out block line of sight, sometimes from whole rooms at a time. This problem will feed itself because when people can't see monsters, they pick area skills to spam into the flashing lightstorm, creating more flashing lightstorm.

The gfx needs to be lighter all around. This would help make more sense of what is going on.
It would help if monsters that are surrounded had a highlighted border around them (think L4D2, cart in TF2). Would completely solve the issue on bosses and rares anyway.
Why don't the seasons fear the reaper?
