Best way to level up a new shadow ASAP?

I have to second flicker. Even if you dont put any nodes into dmg you can 1shot all mobs until act 3 cruel game just by using flicker/multi/melee phys dmg/melee splash. I also use as high of an arctic armor as I can get.

With 4 quicksilvers it makes no sense to ever join a party, you just fly through everything while playing above your level. And if you want more defense, get a faster attacks gem. You move so fast that nothing hits you except arc and spark. Get a high phys dmg weapon with good attack speed. If you need more defense theres a good cheap shield that helps a lot.

yup do with this all my friends, works great, just get them to city of sarn merciless and tell them to run that zone until their eyes bleed

What level your friend should be to be able to powerlevel other character? What is acceptable level difference?
