I think the title is quite clear.

That would depend on how big the bonus the flask would give is.
Everything can be balanced with the right numbers.

Quoted for irony.
When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.

Can you also get similar (IIQ/IIR) mods on a non unique?
I however originally meant a new flask type.

You can't. I was just pointing out that you could have up to 60% rarity and 18% quantity as a flask mod and it would still be technically inferior to a perfect Distillate, and thus only OP if Distillate (already in the game) is OP.

I personally don't think a IIR flask would be OP; 40% IIR, 20 use, 50 capacity should be fine. I think IIQ should be relegated to uniques only, and remain a Distillate exclusive. Under those assumptions, I don't think adding them would harm the game in any serious way.

However, I also don't think it would benefit the game in any serious way. So I'm not going to +1 this. Really apathetic, to be honest.

Still waiting for magic find to find the door.
