It works. But for a guy who plays lvl 9 PvP, does it matter?

yea definitely
i duel level 30 and above all the time just dueled a lvl 42 duelist and a 35 mara and lost 4-5 only because the mara used glacial hammer with a 2 hander and my stun recovery is bad, was fun though |
