On Hit (Aura)/ Attack speed dagger build.

I'm partway there atm, i'm just curious as to how good these auras end up being maxed out. And i'm not too sure if the auras work the way I quite think they do, Please discuss the advantage/disadvantages to this build. I'm only level 25 so i'm not in that deep yet.
