FIXING A BAD BUILD.. HOW?

Hello guys, i got a bad build i think :( my skill tree is somewhat not knowing where to go ^^. i admit my mistake... playing before planning and reading 1st. is there a way to fix my bad build? my gems skills are mixed and also gem supports. then i chose a build guide. i am now lvl 59 and got no currencies to buy new gears, my gears are low quality. SHOULD I BUY MORE REGRETS OR JUST SIMPLY MAKE NEW CHARACTER?? honestly i dnt wanna make new character, my current build for my duelist is str type. i got a decent ressists(75% each) my question is, is there a way for me to fix this bad build? how? what gears? i wanna have a duelist that kills crowds fast and also not dying easily on maps that not much high levels than me. thanks! i will very much appreciate any advices thank you god bless :)

If your asking then you probably need to scrap your current build.
That said, if you link your equipment and link your passive tree, then I am sure there will be someone that can help. 1st builds are rough and almost always fail, so don't feel bad. "Truth be told, I have no idea what the fuck is going on anymore." Stephen Hawkins

you can just link your build tree by clicking on top left section of this site where it says your char name, it should show you same ui like ingame, if you click the item your post will link the item here, like this
as for the tree, you click the passive tree tab, and it should show you your current tree, you can copy/paste the link of your passive tree link from the box that says Link to this build example: http://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAAAgMAVysHY3NT ...

" Start a new character. I was in the same boat, and created about 4 different toons between 40-55. With each character, I said, "grrr...I like this character...I'd hate to ditch him". But after starting the next character, I forgot about the old one pretty clearly (other than when I thought, "hmmm...I need to raid that toon's gear he has on!") I did that about 4 times because I didn't know what I was doing and my skill tree and gear was just laughable. But I finally got it right, and have been playing my current toon for awhile (lvl 88 Marauder with good gear). I got it right because I learned from my mistakes with my previous characters.
