I Play Diablo III Because of Path of Exile's Problems

Both systems have seriously major design flaws. All I'm saying is, without trading, you're just as likely to be screwed by RNG in D3. Sure you'll get the welfare legendary, but so what.

Both games lack in certain areas. What's worrisome, is that in d3 you can get amazing gear so fast. As to where the opposite is true in PoE. Neither is necessarily better/worse. Both leave you with no where to go.

Sorry but that's not all you're saying, at all.

And that's not worrisome, that's simply not true. Like I've said, given a certain period of time, getting amazing gear on about the same level of "amazingness" is about the same in both games.
What's really worrisome, is that getting BiS/near perfect gear is incredibly harder in D3 than it is in PoE, and that you've been completely wrong on that aspect. Again, for whatever the reason may be.

It's a grass is greener scenario. I already have a near perfect weapon. I'm talking a couple % points here. I have never gotten anything within a couple % in PoE. Like I said, both games have polar opposite problems. But the problems are incredibly similar nonetheless.
Alright, so you have one gear slot that is near perfect and is essentially a BiS. I have a helmet like that.

What you've said, is that you can get amazing gear really fast (which implies faster than in PoE), and that's simply not true.

In D3, you get constant upgrades and the difference isn't huge, unlike in PoE, where you buy an upgrade that is quite better than your last piece.

However, given a longer period of time, getting BiS/near perfect items is much faster in PoE than it is in D3, the reason is - trade.

Easy-to-get gear isnt considered amazing. yeah, in D3 you will gear up pretty fast into top-rolled rares and common legendaries, but if you want to gear up further (let's say, class-specific set), you'll find that its droprate is abysmally low. And class set for barbarian, for example, has the same power as Shavronne's Wrappings in PoE for most builds. It's a build-enabler essentially, and you cant even trade for it, only pray to RNGesus.

There is no knowledge
That is not power

This is a pro, not a con.

If you can ONLY find it via a drop and you truly need it to progress, the developers can monitor this situation and easily correct it via a tweaked drop rate.

If you're trying to gate high end items around both an economy and mostly self-found players, someone is inevitably getting royally shafted.

Are you implying that they are monitoring every account to see if people are dropping the set items that they are farming for? You must be kidding... They set the rate and they leave it. You're stuck if RNG doesn't bless you with drops and we all know how that goes...
