F2P & P2W

PoE is F2P ok, then bla bla bla, I can't say what I would to say, but you all know...

D3 is not F2P ok, but, the best items and currencies are not tradable, and the only tradable items are "not final" items, that basically means D3 expansion is not P2W anymore...

It's now more than 1 year that I suggested different solutions, and many others are proposed by users in the forums, but seems GGG doesn't care about.

Seems GGG care only about new 4 months league, with rules that reward all but real challenges, I can't tell more atm...

That is also true, but I ask to myself how many people will do that, and how much in PoE few people, legit or not, influence all the trade and the game in general, especially in standard.

I never played D3 because it has a very bad design, but the sensation is that they fixed at 99% all collateral effects of free trade, removing it directly.

I think that there are many other possibilities, to keep the trade and at the same time, don't keep it necessary for leveling and for end-game and also to challenge with others.

The new Atziri unique items for example, go to the opposite, increasing the rilevance of trade, bringing people to behave in certain way.

Seems like GGG go in the opposite, seems they do that because they can't increase the longevity of the game and add contents for real challenges,

actual design of the game is: "try to drop the new gg item", assuming that 1 on 10 thousands will do it,

and all the others?

Any game where the only objective is grind and farm for riches has a pay to win option. Legit or not.

I'm trying to follow, so bear with me if I'm mistaken on something. While I would like to see a boost in quality drops, and a reduction in quantity, I by no means care about those new atziri uniques.

D3 didn't fix anything by removing it. They just removed it. It feels just as bad, if not worse, that you can farm all day and have literally nothing to show for it. At the very least in PoE, you can save for some uber upgrade if you desire.

I guess what I'm getting at, is there's items you may never obtain in D3, no matter how much you play. You can obtain those items here, albeit through trade. Speaking solely about the atziri uniques here.

D3 was never pay to win since there was nothing to win in the first place.

I mean what do you gonna win besides buying the purpose of the game instead of playing it? There are no Tshirts to win or GGGold or anything the likes.
