Staff Templar + Elemental damage build. Any suggestions/thoughts? :)

I was thinking aboutt going tanky staff Templar with a build something like this:

Focusing on crit, energy shield, and elemental damage (fire). Which probably will result in support gems with fire and infernal blow (or whatever it's called(the thing that explodes when killing an enemy))
