Inventory Right click on item Bug

Scenario: You want to improve the quality of a certain item.

1. Left click on whetstone
2. Hover over item you want to improve
3. Right click to apply desired effect

Nothing happens....

I cant improve weapons or armor, I also cant identify items using scrolls of wisdom.

In conclusion anything that follows this sequence in the inventory does not work for me:

Left click -> hover over item -> Right click, The Right click does not register at all.

I spent literally an hour messing around with different mouses, options, asking people for help etc but nothing fixed this problem.

Windows 7 professional 32bit
Intel Core2Duo 9300 2.5GHz
4gb Ram
ATI Readeon HD3650 1gb

Read the description. Every currency item says right click this item then left click the item you want to apply it to.

You have your left and right mixed up.

I mixed up my rights and lefts whilst writing the post... my bad.

Either way my problem persists.

But I can already see that writing here will get me nowhere. Started today and already a "Diamond Supporter/Eternal Supporter" is calling me troll. How productive and helpful.

This is something on your end, does right click/left click work when casting spells etc? If not you might have a mouse profile active that reassigns the right click/left click button. Here are a few things you can try, if you have not already:

- Run a pack check to see if there is any corruption with your client. https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/18531

- If you have a mouse with multiple buttons try assigning the right click/left click to a different button in your mouse settings. Razer synopsis etc.

- If neither of these work try re-downloading the client.
