2-3 chaos I'd estimate real quick.

Reason being the attack speed is nice but not the greatest out there. Been a flood of them. poe.xyz has prices all over but really, 2-3chaos sounds fair. Which of course means you could try getting a little more if you found the right buyer.

Still better value than majority of uniques.
