Duelist - [3.1] GLADIATOR 1H+Shield Max Block&Spell Block Tank + a BoR version - Forum

Hi, i have this build on Perandus HC lvl 68 and got a 6L corrupted armor 5red and 1blue my links are: -Earthquake -Less Duration -Added Fire Damage -Melee Physical Damage -Concentrated Effect/Increased Area of Effect I swap conc efect/increase area of effect on bosses What would be my 5th red link be, I think this are the choices: -Fortify -Melee Damage on Full Life -Weapon Elemental Damage -Endurance Charge on Melee Stun(I stun allot always have full endurance charges) -Blood magic/reduced mana and have a 3rd aura?? now i have hatred+herald of ash	Posted by Ninjaki on Mar 29, 2016, 1:01:22 PM Quote this Post

Hi, I am playing a very similar build to this one and think of trying Vinktar's Square in PHC. What would I need to do it safely? I have 13k 4L earthquake dps with hatred, 6k life, 14k armor, max block and spellblock. I'm rocking Lioneye's remorse since I don't have Aegis yet. EDIT: Got Aegis. Accidentally came across Abaxoth in T9 map and facetanked him without any problems whatsoever. Will I be safe doing Vinktar's Square boss with this build if I can facetank Abaxoth easily? Meginord's is one of the best choices, although a leather belt with an explicit life mod will give you more life. Talking about the body Armour, A high Astral Plate seems to be recommended... is someone playing with a Lightning Coil with this build? Is there an other choice than Astral Plate? Ty for answer Astral Plate is the default choice due to it helping with the resistances, but if your resistances everything with decent armor and mods will do. While LC is always good, I don't think it's as good on this build as with other builds. Most likely, as someone mentioned earlier in this post, an hybrid armor with 1400+ armor and ES would probably be the best, but that's crazy expensive. Ty for answer You don't HAVE to use an Astral Plate.
