Baleful Gem Bug?

I'm on the quest 'The Root of the Problem' to poison the tree with Maligaro's Spike and the Baleful Gem. I did the quest to get the gem last night and this morning I don't have it in my inventory or stash. I went back to get the gem a few times, making new instances each time and I cannot get the gem. Halp.

looks like more people are talking about it in game regarding either their Maligaro's Spike is gone or their Baleful Gem.

and when I go to the roots to try to poison the tree it just says "Tree roots block your path. Perhaps they can be opened at a later time."

Same problem too, also had one sacrifice at dusk disappeared from my stash.

I have sent an email to support and they told me that it was forwarded to the correct member of the team to assist me but I haven't had a response back yet. I will update when it is fixed.

Same problem my baleful gem disappeared :( been trying to kill fidelitis to loot the crest but nothing. Hope they fix it soon because now we are stuck :x

Same problem here. Baeful gem gone as well as my multistrike gem (lol).

Same problem here as well, baleful gem is gone and also my weapon I had equipped with it's two gems. I really hope they fix it soon.
