Infinite skill points

It didn't give you infinite skill points.
It gave you a two skill point book, then gave you the option to take the respec book, upon taking the respec book it would crash the instance sending you to the login.
When you logged back on you would no longer have the skillpoints, but you could take the book again. repeating the entire process.
In the end you'd wind up with only two extra skill points.

The two skill points were from Pietys Pets
The quest also becomes complete if you got them from the bugged quest.
