" Usually, we have always allowed votes to multiple users. The reason for this was that this is by no means is a contest. The idea is just to recomend users that you think that are cool, worty, positive or nice enough to be in the beta. In this particular case i can see, as you did Seba, that there is some kind of obscurity. However, im no one to judge if their recomending intentions.
