Why would you Vaal Orb something that has significant value for a marginal value increase in the best case, and a ridiculous loss in the worst case. Just let someone buy it and let them Vaal Orb it themselves so they probably get the sockets they want then f it up. This is with a certain subset of items that people Vaal Orb, like these boots. It's not like getting +1 Frenzy Charge on Darkray Vectors.
