Strongbox not giving any loot :(

as title says i defeated the packs that guarded it but no loot,as u can see the strongbox is open but it didnt drop any loot :/ have the screenshot!!

I don't have a screen either, but I just had a gemcutter box do this. It was +1 to level and another mad that I can't remember. I killed all the monsters and it popped open, but no drops.

Level 48 Cruel Crematorium Summoner witch. Didn't seem like any of the monsters out of the box dropped anything either. I checked the show loot button and nothing happened.

I've had this happen as well. It occurred with a Strongbox located early on in the Solaris temple (Gemling Queen).

Merciless difficulty.

lvl 69 templar and level 71 ranger playing in merciless archives. rare cartographer's strongbox with +57% quantity, revives nearby monsters with onslaught, and 2 other prefixes. It was a white box that I used an alchemy orb on and dropped zero items. not sure if it's related but there was also a corrupted area in the same instance.

I had a similar problem.

Location: near the top of the vaal pyramid, cruel difficulty

Rare gemcutter strongbox with 4 mods:
only contains support gems
contains an extra vaal gem
and 2 other monster/damage mods I don't recall

After killing everything all I got was a single vaal cold snap gem.

1) I would expect more than 1 item to drop from a rare strongbox (I used up a handful of currency items on it)

2) I did not get any support gems even though the mod said "only contains support gems". Did the extra vaal gem mod just overwrite the other one? If so, I would consider that a bug.

My expectation was to get a few support gems and an additional vaal gem.

Had similar problem with a Gemcutters (rare, +level to chest (I think), support only) today. Tidal Island cruel, Lvl 40, at around 16.00 GMT. 3 packs of magic monsters, no gems or anything at all. Really sucked :/
No screenie though. I was disapoint...
I've had boxes not drop anything before, but this one had my hopes up...
Had another box yesterday in Upper Sceptre, which didn't spawn any monsters.

Spent 8 alts and a few augments rolling +4 level on a cartographer's box. Killed all the monsters and no maps dropped.

Same story here. Running a Tunnel map as an 82 ranger, a rare wild Cartographer's box appears. After using two scour/alchs on it, it ends up with +3 Chest Level, identified items, mirrored items, and summons skeletons. Not only do no maps drop, but no items of any kind drop. From what I'm reading, avoiding chest level might be the way to go right now.
