Dual Totem Templar - Firestorm. Need advice

The spec I came up with so far is something around this right here

Using two totems casting firestorm with added lightning dmg (for the stacking 40% dmg buff) Elemental Proliferation for spreading the burn (not sure if this is needed) and then I'm not sure if I should get more crit dmg or crit % from support gems or -resi. Maybe make them flee in terror with Chance to Flee gem.

The templar will runn mana regen aura + curse weaken elements or something like that.

Any thoughts ideas are very welcome! :)
