Bug Report Skills get Stuck casting repeatedly even when skill is take out of hotkey

So I've been having this bug on my trapper and its slowly made the game unplayable. whenever I go into a fight if I cast more then 2 spells the next spell doesnt stop casting until I hit escape.

I know its not my keyboard cause I unbound the skill and unequiped the item and it still keeps casting. the only fix that works is double tapping ESC. also during this time items are hard 2 click on and I gotta do a huge circle around them to find the right spot, but hitting ESC fixes it but only untill I cast more then 3 diffrent abilities(The abilities are lightning trap and fire trap, ice nova trap)

Anyways please fix this GGG, right now the game is like retardedly tedious having to hit esc after every fight so I dont OOM myself and also the one skill that keeps repeating is hard 2 bypass so like only lightning trap keeps throwing or bear trap which I never even used and its hard 2 get out my decoy totem or actually use Elemental Equilibrium.

Is it possible that you're accidentally triggering Sticky Keys? Google it to find more information on it and how to disable it.

I'm pretty sure thats not the problem cause it'll keep casting the same skill after I remove it from my bar so that not it. its happening between the trap skills. If I hold down my mouse i can still move around but when i stop it'll still cast the same ability and then wait for more trap charges and cast it more. The weird thing is that hitting Esc fixes it until I attack again.

Any luck with this? I JUST had this start happening today.
Been playing since last June or so and haven't had this issue before today.
Checked my settings and sticky keys, and nothing. Nothing else seems out of the ordinary and no other changes have been made. Frustrating to have my ice golem keep getting resummoned when trying to work on a map. The only fix I found was removing the skill gem from my armor. Eventually it seems to start happening again, though. I will say it does seem to be for skills that are mapped to the keyboard, but I haven't had any other issues with this keyboard (Just a b.asic dell keyboard, and I've been using it for awhile with no issues)
