Do minion healing flasks roll in Normal?

I think I used to find these easily or roll a few alts and get one of the grand flasks 380 health to roll minion healing. Haven't had any luck in Ambush so far.
But 10 alts/trans down the drain and not one with % healing to minions. Not much currency to waste now but maybe they don't show up until cruel? EDIT: I later went back in and got one on first transmute. My zombs will be happy. Last edited by raziekeljr#3483 on Mar 8, 2014, 9:42:14 AM

Random side question....does that take a % away from you are is it 52% to minions and a full % to you?

" Full for you and % of those "additionally" (or "at the same time" to be more precisely) to your minions And (to prevent next possible question) those flasks will work even if summoner is CI (took Chaos Inoculation passive, which makes your life 1) =) Remember, suffering is convenient.
