prismatic ring and thief's torment

So.. can thief's torment still drop while prismatic rings cant? or does it need to be crafted(chanced)?

Thiefs can still drop, its a unique, not a prismatic, as far as drops go.

Prismatic Rings no longer drop meaning that the chance of rolling a Thiefs Torment when a prismatic drops (since it cant drop) is zero.
The only way to get it now would to be through chance orbs, same goes for Loris Lantern. Harvest sucks! But look at my decked out gear two weeks in!
