What is a good/the best AoE for a Dual Wielding Duelist?

Short Story: Cleave isn't doing it for me. It doesn't impress me plus I heard it's the worst AoE in the game. What is a good skill for me?

Long story: My skills are as follows:

Left C: Dual Strike
Right C: Cleave
Q: Fire Trap
W: Shockwave Totem
E: Warlord's Mark

I am like level 24 and I am building my passives to hit all Dual Wielding nodes. Right now I am in that area to the lower right of my starting point. I just took Twin Terrors.

DS is basically my kill skill, 1-hit kill for everything basically.
Cleave I use to finish off groups that I have already weakened using:
Fire Trap is how I start off, throwing 3 of those in a group is a good start. If there are more enemies or I am still trying to be careful, I will run around waiting for this to recharge and keep throwing them.
Shockwave is nice, mostly as a secondary source of damage. Not powerful and fairly low HP, I try to toss it out to the side while people attack me
Warlords Mark I just got. It's ok, havent really noticed a major advantage but I think it'll help keeping my flasks full.

cleave has been getting really popular on the forums, but I'd also suggest some of the elemental melee skill gems: glacial hammer, lightning strike, infernal blow.....

There are some skill nodes placed throughout the duelist tree to further this end, namely: ice bite, lava lash, and little elemental damage increase nodes.

All this used in conjunction with life leach on hit and elemental weakness gems could make for a pretty interesting build.

For me, its a little too late because I've built myself so far around my boring cleave. Getting pretty sick of the animation especially when my party member is shooting giant lightning bolts out next to me.

because you are such a low level, building damage this early on is bad.
you want, Hp>def>speed>damage.
im lvl 51 on my duelist and dealing almost 700 dps with cleave, my dual strike is 1993.7 dps.
and i havent gotten any of the damage nodes for DW. this is all speed atm. percentages are useless if the base number is low. that is your problem.
