I wouldnt be at all surprised if you can still use GCPs on corrupted gems. I would be extremely surprised if they cannot still level.

You will be able to level them up. You won't be able to GCP them.
Get 20% quality and gamble it with Vaal Orb > Proceed to get fucked > Yaaaaaay so much fun. We definitively need more casino stuff in the game. |

I just hope the Lvl 20 + GCP recipe still works on corrupted gems at least otherwise no one is going to risk deleveling a Lvl 20 gem.

i don't think they would be that dumb to allow destroying item or making it worse. If you corrupt item and you get shit stat on it and you cant modify that item anymore, that's fine i guess, that's fair trade off, but seriously making lvl 20 gem into lvl 19 is another level of incompetence and stupidity.
This wouldn't make sense not even if there wouldn't be leagues that have time limit. Even now leveling gem to lvl 20, use recipe to make it 20 qual and relevel it again to lvl 20 require time that you can level your char to lvl 95, and just a thought that you can fuck that up, there is just no way. |
