Path of Exile 1 Gameplay Help and Discussion - How many accounts can be logged in on a single ip address? - Forum

i was thinking of running 3-4 instances of the game for next season so i can get the gems i need for my build more quickly. i wont be using any programs or bots that will alter the gameplay (maybe virtual machines to access the game if allowed) i will be basically slow rushing my chars by myself. i wanted to see if this was allowed and how many accounts i can run simultaneously under one IP. thanks	Posted by Wickerman3#1098 on Feb 27, 2014, 11:28:26 PM Quote this Post

If you use stand alone it will only let you open 2 clients, after that you have to use other computers or virtual machines. I'm pretty sure you can run more then one copy of the standalone client(unless something changed at release). I never remember them announcing adding a restriction. I know for a fact back pre-1.0 the only limit was how many instances of the game your computer could handle.
