Maximum mana/low mana and reservation

I assume everything that's based on maximum mana like leech and regen disregards aura reservation, but what about low mana? Say you have 1000 mana and reserve 900 of that for auras, are you considered at low mana then like with low life or is it based on the remaining amount?

Low life/mana are both base on percentage of maximum pool.

And aura reservation greater than 65% on mana is considered as low mana.

So just like life then, that's reassuring. Thanks.
