Lightning Templar Build - Any Suggestions??

I am attempting to make an aggressive lightning templar that doesn't specialize in any 1 type of weapon. I don't want to get to level 80 and find one of the best swords in the game but can't use it effectively because I am specced for maces; so I tried to specialize the build for 1h so I can use any future good drops.

Please critique my build. I just started playing in open beta and feel like I might have conflicting talents that I don't even realize, so tell me what a dumbass I am with my points. I welcome it. Here is the build!
