Golden Hand issue

Got to Act 3 then noticed I was missing the reward for Through Sacred Ground. But even before that I know Yeena didn't have a reward for me. I did this one some time before even leaving town towards the left side --> River Crossings.

Read thru some of the old post found some saying they couldn't find the alter but I can when I got back in a new instances.

I click on it but don't get anything.

Looked thru all my inventory and can't find a golden hand.

Is it possible to have sold or destroyed the object... or that I dropped it but didn't pick up.

Really want the reward !! Please help.

Gone thru the dungeon a second time with a party but couldn't click on the alter. Looks like I won't be able to complete it without a fix.
