What to do with these? (Orbs)

I have throngs of these. Never saw anyone sells them /wants them?

What to do with those?
Aug's can be changed for alts but in some pitiful rate. And tranm can be changed into again auguments, also, even worse rate.

Keep them for New characters or "donate" them to newbies, friends, etc.
I turn those into ID scrolls you know how much ID scrolls I spend on every mf session? Probably like 1.5k-3k god dayummmmmm.

thankfully trade chat provides me with all the ID scrolls I need.

Set a cap for yourself, after you've reached it just sell every new ones you get. Wisdoms can be sold in mass for chaos usually (Transmutes convert to wisdoms). Augments you could convert to alterations which can be sold or used for crafting.

Since item quantity is going to get nerfed now is a good time to spend your alterations and augments trying to roll the top item quantity stat on gold rings / amulets (must have itemlevel 78 or higher to get this roll).
vaal or no balls
Trans I use for pots I find to potentially sell well rolled or use them. The rest of portal scrolls/trans I turn into ID scrolls when I do boss runs.

Augments turn into alterations. Nothing difficult there.
UPDATE

Ive managed to sell trans for 100/1 rate (chaos) and was happy with it - 400 pieces sold.

Augs, I've left hefty amount and swap rest for alts /jews /fuse line.

NOw my stash looks normal again.

Only thing that are left to get ridd off are;

Any ideas what to do with these?
How to swap portal to wisdom, did I miss something?

Personally, I prefer to keep a decent supply of Transmutation orbs on hand, as well as keep a steady supply coming in. Sure, most of the time they are useless, but there is one use for them that I find is worth having them coming in: buying items from the vendors to sell for Chromatic Orbs. In my experience, most of the items that the vendors have with the proper links to get a Chromatic Orb will cost you a Transmutation orb to purchase. If you get rid of all your Transmutation orbs, you won't be able to purchase these items when they become available.

Of course, if you're primarily playing a few end-game characters whose leveling has slowed down, and who have most of the gear they need, then I can see there not being much use for a steady income of Transmutation orbs.

You can simply vendor Portal Scrolls 1:1 for Wisdom Scrolls.

Armour Scraps and Whetstones can be useful for vendor recipes if you have an excess amount - the alch recipe and the chaos recipe come to mind.

1* Orb of Alchemy = 1normal, 1magic, 1rare (all 20% quality) item of the same base type; Wich means you can alch an item and get the alch back if it's rolled badly.

1 Chaos Orb = 1 full rare set of items ilvl 60-74; 2 Chaos Orb if all items have 20% quality; Meaning you can roll 20% Quality with Whetstones and Scraps on Rares with the itemlevel 60-74 that are rolled badly and preferable already have some quality (otherwise it's wasteful) to get 2 instead of 1 Chaos Orb.

Edit: If you need more information on the vendor recipes, here is a link to the wiki page: http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Vendor_recipes
