Mind over matter, Arctic armor and armor. What's calculated first?

Say a mob hits for 100.

you have 1k armor, -20 from arctic and mind over matter.

What is the order of damage reduction?

I can only guess. Since MOM is calculated only after the ES is gone I assume the order would be: Artic armor, armor, MOM.

I think mind over matter is not considered as a damage reduction, but as a health pool.

But again, more experinced players should clarify.

3. Damage taken increased/decreased (oro's, abyssus...)
4. Arctic armor
5. ES
