Projectile Weakness + RF... multiplicative?
So both proj weakness and righteous fire grant MORE damage... But since the curse is separate from the players damage is it multiplicative?
if we have a spell that does 1000 damage with 50% more damage from RF and 30% more damage from proj weakness; does it do 1800(1000*(1+.5+.3) or 1950(1000*1.5*1.3)? For years i searched for deep truths. A thousand revelations. At the very edge...the ability to think itself dissolves away.Thinking in human language is the problem. Why in the world would projectile weakness work with RF? Do you mean vulnerability? Vulnerability is just 40% increased DOT damage.

it's damage * 1.5 * 1.3
all "more/less" modifiers multiply with each other and everything else, regardless if it's separate from the player or not "increase/reduce" modifiers are additive with each other regardless of source (except for local modifiers on gear, which modify the gear's base stats, and will therefore get multiplied again by other inc/red, in addition to more/less), and are also multiplied by "more/less" no one uses rf for the spell damage bonus anymore, so a lot of players probably don't even know it does that Last edited by BoswerLK#1843 on Feb 18, 2014, 1:49:03 AM

simplify it, do THEY take 40% increased on the receiving end?
if not, it's additive you your damage done? |

If you're talking about the DoT mod of Vulnerability, then those 40% are multiplicative.
Whenever the mod says "enemies take increased damage" then it's multiplicative to your damage. Sorry Exile, but your loot is in another dungeon!
