Is it playable with constant 200ms?
Hi, what's generally your ping?, and at what point does it turns into an obstacle for smooth playing?
Thank you, Lou IGN: INativityInBlackI/Unchainedd

generally 50-60 ms, Italy connections sucks sooo hard
200 ms for me it's simply unplayable. You have a 0.2 second delay between your and mob's actions which can be fatal in most cases, for example when a group of devourers pops under you ass don't even try with 200 ms |

Free to try... what have you got to lose?

The developers of PoE developed most of the game with 200 ms to their closest game server. It should be playable at 200 ms.
The main issue is with dropped packets, if you are frequently dropping packets you will have a choppy experience. If you have a good connection at 200 ms, I think the game should be playable, provided you avoid using skills that cause heavy desyncing (like Whirling Blades). Sometimes i play with 300+ party. Strangely i didn't notice much different. Even less desync which is very weird.

A stable 200ms should be completely fine, IMO. Of course 60 or lower would be ideal, but honestly 200 shouldn't be too bad.
