Block recovery and stun

does block recovery count as being stunned?
does unwavering stance mean you no longer need block recovery (as you don't need to recover when you block)? does block and then block recovery trigger stun gems such as cast when stunned etc? ty |

right
other factor is your maximum life I used CWS gem as Discharge trigger for volls/CI/max block/spell block build and it was working well. I dont think there have been any changes
