^ I'm getting that message in the quoates inthe title when i try to install. I'm on win7 ultimate. As a side note, when i try to ru this as admin, It wouldn't give me the option.

Yeah it sounds like a permission issue, you need to be the administrator to install POE and for some reason you're not.
