where is the waypoint in the sceptre of God?

I read on one of the forums that there's supposed to be a Waypoint on the third level of the Sceptre of God. First time I went through I didn't see it, managed to get all the way up to Dominus at the top of the stairs, where I eventually got wiped out after about 10 PS, finally forgetting the last time to set a new PS. Ended up I was faced with having to start from the Imperial Gardens again.

This time around I've been carefully watching out for the Waypoint so I could set it and save all the grief of starting from the gardens again - still haven't seen it. Where is it?

Third floor. It's the floor before going to "Upper Sceptre of God". You really shouldn't be having any issues finding it if you clear everything.

No need to reply. Got the SOB eventually. Took about 15 PS and a cramped arm, but I finally beat him. I had such a poor design as a newbie that I had to go in underpowered to try and max out resistances. Don't know whether to retire this one and start afresh, or keep on going.

Okay, didn't see your reply before posting. I thought it meant the third level for the sceptre of God. My mistake.
