I have roughly 1300 + hours in PoE since Open Beta and have created a few characters. Most of my characters aren't map viable, but a few are decent enough to solo maps up to lvl 77.
I have done some PVP matches and quite often I run into characters level 90+ that are just insane. Some characters have a reflect damage so great that I one shot myself by attacking them. What is their secret? I love PoE, but I don't theorycraft that much, and I don't use pre-made builds, I just create off the cuff and see what happens. What is this insane reflect build I keep running into? | |

rf + max block + tempest shield would be my guess

PVP with a bow char is not easy. You have to use EA or puncture to have chance. Perhaps combined with some annoying traps and high mobility.
