Kaom's Primacy Question

Just got this axe and it seems lower than what is advertised on the website. The normal one ranges from (160 - 220)% increased Physical Damage but my axe is at 137%. Is this a bug or something? Version 1.0.0 says increased physical damage has been increased did they forget to do mine lol?
