Oak not allowing me to choose.

I want to side with Oak, but he does not give me the option, he just attacks me.

I checked my quest, it says he is the one bandit left. I have killed the other 2, and want to side with Oak.

Please help

After Oak finishes his dialog, you should still have the option to "Help Oak" or "Kill Oak". He doesn't just automatically start attacking you.

Edit: Besides, if he knew the other two had been killed, I would think his first reaction would be to make you his friend. After all, you have to kill the other two to get their Amulets anyway. ;)

Krawlll, did you accidentally click outside the dialog window at the end of Oak's conversation? (I'm not sure that would trigger him to attack, but it's the only thing I can think of).

Can you take a screenshot of you quest log for the bandit quest so we can verify you have the correct quest state? If you've already killed him, he won't give you the choice to help him.

The other thing I can think of is that people often confuse Captain Arteri for Alira. Are you sure it's Oak you're interacting with?
