Best Ranger There is?

I was looking at the build first posted and i noticed something a lil wierd. Y do u have mind drinker (near top right, mana leech 2%) and blood magic (bottom left, 0 mana use hp to cast)

If you took out that point you could get golem's blood (near bottom mid, 1.5% hp regen per sec)
