Currency Stack Size

So... I wonder why they picked stack sizes for scours/regrets? I mean all other currency stack sizes appear to vaguely fit their value (high value are 10, mid value are 20, and low value are 30/40)... but for some reason, scours are a stack size of 30, and regrets are 40. This roughly equates a regret to a transmutation, and a scour to an augmentation.

Any guesses?

Yes, I wonder why regrets are 40 and chaos only 10 too.

Maybe they initially planned to have regrets drop alot more commonly, but changed their minds because they wanted to punish people who fuck up their builds. :p

If they upped them too much, people would complain about losing a ton of value due to a mistake. I personally don't see why there are stacks at all... they shouldn't even be inventory items. There should just be counters that count how many you have total.

I dont see that happening as super rich people and RMTers wouldn't have to buy stash tabs anymore.

Respec-ing anytime is not what GGG wants. GGG wants us to pay the price for our lack of knowledge in creating good/great builds. Come to think about it, GGG wants to punish us for every mistake we make. I guess they want to punish our ability to have major fun (that must be nerfed quickly) except for the PoE masochist or uber hardcore player. I'll bet they nerfed millions of players right out of PoE and we all lose.
"You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..."
Necessity may be the mother of invention, but poor QoP in PoE is the father of frustration.

idea of account shared wallet (for marks, orbs, pvp points, shards whatewher) is in my opinion good only for true mmo
So did Legacy items naturally goes away as intended or they still core of standard economy 4 years later after they became "feature".

i wish they would stop screwin around and just let everything stack to 40. its not going to change the need for stash tabs at all. ask urself how many uniques are there>>
