Has Wisdom Scroll drops decrease?

The only time I ever get them is when I open those weird shelves in the Catacomb and I normally get like two of them and a portal scroll.
I'm broke and can't even get any currency vending unid rares because I rarely ever have them dropping... I've got 10% rarity only, no quantity and my friend who has 0% quantity is finding a bunch of them constantly. So I'm in need of gear for cruel act3 and can't afford anything, so if anyone is kind enough to give me some wisdoms, then I'd appreciate it VERY much. " Alright, I did. Hope this gets cleared up or something. I had to remove all the rare items I've been collecting in my stash because I wasn't getting any wisdoms. |

Small tip: you can convert portal scrolls to wisdom scrolls 1:1 at a vendor.

What Rory means is they can investigate to see if the reason he's not getting wisdom scrolls is because he's flagged as a botter.

Semi-pro tip: (← Just kidding)
This might be a bit of a pain. But, if you're having poor luck finding Portal Scrolls or Wisdom Scrolls, take some time to pick up White items for a while. A vendor will give you a Scroll Fragment for each one and 5 of them make a Wisdom Scroll. Some of my Characters rarely find Wisdom Scrolls. Some of them rarely find Portal Scrolls. Fortunately, I've played long enough (since 2011), that I've built up a small supply of both. Hopefully, you eventually will too. I don't wanna have to rely on picking up whites for wisdom scrolls, I never had to in the first place which is why I've made this thread trying to figure out why I haven't been getting no currency.
