Hi Guys...

Ingame/Online Status App

With the ingame Friend List not implemented, its actually very hard to know whos online, when, on which character, in what league.
With the seperation of global chat and the removal of the /online list, it makes this even harder.
And really who wants to SHOUT 20 times ingame chat "Covert you online?".....

So I spent some time developing a Launcher/Web Service and DB.
It will be ready to roll tomorrow and will make finding Clan Members Online/Ingame Status very very easy!

Woah thats some nice dedication there, this will help alot people in beta!

Some pic's of the Status App in action.
Basically it get Member Data/Character Info from a WFC Web Service connected to our MSSQL Clan DB.

Select your Member Name


And Character or click "+" to add character


Add charaters details (if clicked "+")


Select the newly added character or the charater you wish to play


Click Launch and PoE will start.


Your Member Name, Character Name, Class, League, Login Time will be sent to the WCF Web Service / DB.

Now anyone can see that your online ...ingame...what character name your playing, in which league...via our Website...



And full details page...


When the Game Exits the launcher will turn your staus to "Logged Off" with log off Time.

Nice and simple, but very impressive, i'm sure people will get good use out of it.

Cheers Mate, Atm its for the Clan only, but it would be simple to add a sepearte DB for the general public.
