Rune Bomb - Undying bubble spell
" I like this idea, but would suggest that in doing so they "buff" the bubble to provide full immunity to all attacks (not just those initiated from inside the bubble). To avoid the case of an evangelist casting DPS while under an other's bubble perhaps add a debuff to the bubble that precludes casting. |

id rather they just stay how they are and people learn to use bear traps and granite flasks.
not having their bubble up while they cast their ability .. would result in the bubble never being up because they spam their attacks. |

" I'd rather be able to play the game without every character having to use bear traps and granite flasks. Team Won

Acro/PA Dual Wield Cyclone Ranger @ 78. Effective HP of 2900, I lack +life on several gear pieces, something I need to correct. I can maintain 3 Endurance charges with near 100% uptime in combat and run Immortal Call + Increased Duration on a lvl 4 CwDT, I can and will level this as it currently triggers too frequently for too little duration on the IC.
I don't die to evangelists in the maps that I am running, not even to Fleet mobs. They are the "hairiest" fights this character faces, far more difficult for this build than nearly any other mob type has been for my other builds. I'm a fan of "hard counters", they aren't impossible, challenges are good. Tweaking the mob mechanics would only change the challenge. What if the bubble provided 100% damage immunity to everything inside, but slowed attacks and casts from effected mobs like Temp Chains does? Understand that this is rhetorical mental masturbation intended as discussion fodder. Since I am OK with the current mechanics, I am not advocating for change, just wondering what people might see as other possible mechanics for these mobs that would still allow them to retain the skills that make them unique. |

technically the attacks from evangelists already have a telegraph and a slight delay before they do damage.
