Can't trade, level 25

Greetings.
I had to make a 'mule' account to store my wealth, learned it the hard way how i can't trade back my currency or unique items.
So i leveled to 25, still getting the error message that i need at least one level 25 character on the account to trade currency or unique items.
Many logouts restarts done, made a new toon, still the game is telling me i need to be at least lvl 25.
What do

oh dear.

easiest and fastest solution would be to found a guild with your main char, let your alternative accounts join that guild and buy some guild stash to exchange items.

if you one of these bargainers who spend money not to support poe but for getting the most out of their money there is bad news as the guild stash was on sale just some days ago and it will probably take some time before it's on sale again.
