Does a Plumed Chimeral Use Suppresing Fire As A Specter?

See title.

I think if it does, this will become a mainstay specter for me. Paired with Temporal Chains you would face super-slow foes, and would be awesome. Temporal slows, and would make this effect last longer as well, which also slows I think.

Any GGG confirm for me?

Last time i tried them i've been very disapointed. They are not great as Spectre, their AI is not good enough their aggro range is bad, they move around doing nothing far too often. Bad DPS overall.

Not looking for DPS honestly, Looking for: Do they use suppressing fire as a specter.

I am only planning on 2 of them, with 2 other specters, but it hinges on this knowledge.
