Guilds and Leagues

So I've started a new guild in Domination called D3 Docs (see http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/780865 for guild info), and my question is how is the guild treated in other Leagues? Can a Guild exist in multiple Leagues at the same time e.g. Domination and Standard?
Any help would be appreciated. |

The guild isn't league specific. It's everywhere.
