refund on shop items?

You cannot refund them, I think I saw someone form support saying that they don't want people to abuse refunding to just "try" items out. Sorry bro.

Wow, you used those items and now you want full refund because you bored of them? If this guy get his refund, then we all deserve free trial from all micro transactions items too. lol

S/he's trying to say that this entire game is free, and it was YOUR choice when and how to spend that money, and YOUR fault you made a poor one.

There's never been refund on microtransactions in any game that I know of.

It's your problem.

Save them, use them on other gear, on another char, or split them smongst future chars. Either way, the fact remains that GGG will NOT refund peoples money because they simply decide they do not like them after entering game, and trying them out.

There is preview videos, which GGG ensured covers ALL cosmetic item effects.

I honestly don't know any other way to explain the situation to you...


-GGG spent 6 years working to provide you with a completely free product.

-You spent $10 on optional cosmetic content.

-The cosmetic content is able to be seen via preview exactly how it will look in game.

-Despite that..you purchased it and claim it wasn't what you were expecting..much like buying a blue shirt and returning it because you don't like blue...

-You cannot comprehend 80 thousand people all able to get refunds for reasons like your own would ruin GGG's free to play model..as people would use it to sample/change/trade out effects.

-In the future, look closely at the preview videos and ask yourself if you like the look of something before you purchase it.

Let me try to offer a piece of advice.

You will not get your money back, however..
Companies sometimes will let you exchange things. Riot for instance will refund champions you bought with RP (even if only once). So if you send an email to GGG's Support explaining the situation they might give you your coin back to purchase other items.

If not then follow other people's advice. Being angry about it doesn't helpp, just a game, just $10.
