When viewing stash from the website, stash tab name tags are not shown.
This problem has appeared around 1 week ago.
When I try to go to the stash view on the website, the name tags for tabs either don't load, or they load, then flicker for a split-second then disappear, leaving an empty place, just like on the screenshot below: ![]() Clicking on the empty space does not do anything, the name tags are not there, not just invisible. I can still link the items from the first tab and any of my characters' inventory screens just fine, but I cannot access other stash tabs at all. My OS is Win7 Sp1, browser is Firefox 26.0, with latest java, shockwave flash and adobe flash plugins installed. I do run a number of plugins that may block certain webpage scripts from running, but pathofexile.com is in the whitelist, and this problem has never occured to me before. I would very much like to see this issue resolved; if you would require any additional info - I'll be monitoring this thread. Last edited by T_Reich#5651 on Feb 2, 2014, 3:32:14 AM

Hi there,
Please try clearing your browser cache in Firefox. | |
I cleaned cache as you advised. Plus I used an extrenal cleaner as well, but the problem persists.
I also tried loading the page in IE9, and the name tags DO show there, but they're cut off right after the number, see the image below: ![]() Last edited by T_Reich#5651 on Feb 2, 2014, 3:31:44 AM

After reading this thread, I tried looking at mine. I clicked on my Character Portrait in the upper left corner and then clicked on the Stash tab. The Stash Tab Labels loaded for about half a second and then disappeared.
I have enough Tabs to be able to click on the down-arrow at the upper right of the Stash Tabs. I then selected one of the Tabs from the drop-down list to go to that Tab. When I did, all the other Tab Labels loaded. I'm not sure how people with only a few Tabs will resolve this issue, since they won't have a drop-down list. Some might not even have enough Tabs for the left/right scroll arrows to be active. Edit: Today is my computer maintenance day. So, first thing this morning I upgraded all programs and drivers that needed it. I then ran my maintenance programs, as I always do weekly. This includes clearing and cleaning all browsers installed on my computer. (Although, I only use FireFox 26.0). I then backup my primary drive. Last I saw this reported, it was something with some adblock extensions causing issues.
People were running FireFox with adblock installed. Once they started FireFox in the Browser Safe-Mode, then it all worked as expected. I get tabs no problem in my Chrome. Try a different browser and see if you still have issues, and try it in the browser safe-mode if you have that available. If it works there, then it's an issue with your browser extensions (not a GGG problem). |

OK, I don't know what happened, but here's an update - I've sorta got my tab labels back, in a way!
It was all the same as before (no tab labels visible after a moment of loading), but this time for some reason I had decided to click like crazy in the place of one of them as they were loading. That's what I got as a result - a vertical list of tab labels, which goes offscreen if their number is greater than 6 (upper tabs become inaccessible to click at this time): ![]() After clicking on any of the accessible tab labels, I get the usual tb label look now and can navigate stash tabs as before: ![]() Moreover, when I bring up the stash view menu, list of labels always shows up now as on the first image (vertical), no need for frantic clicking during loading. So, uh, I guess, problem solved? :P Last edited by T_Reich#5651 on Feb 4, 2014, 12:01:15 PM

" After patch 1.0.6, I was having a problem with Stash Tabs not showing on the website. I have enough Tabs that when I clicked on the left/right arrow scroll buttons or selected a Tab from the drop-down list, the Tabs would then become visible. Last night and today, the Tabs are loading properly. I assume that the issue was corrected. I use FireFox only (version 26.0). I just checked and I do have the Adblock Plus add-on installed, but it is set to be disabled for pathofexile.com. I have Safe-Mode off, at least for browsing images and videos (I'm over 21 and the only user on this computer). I have not changed these settings since I upgraded my computer, about a year ago. (Other than letting FireFox update when a new version was available). Read My Links!: http://www.theamazonbasin.com/forums/index.php?/topic/121389-read-my-links/

When I said "safe mode" I meant that you can start FireFox in a mode called "Safe Mode" which disables ALL plugins and extensions and is the bare FireFox without "fluff".
It's a good way to test if problems are coming from plugins/extensions. Another good way is to try Chrome instead and see if you see the same issues. That will narrow it down to being a browser issue or not. |

" Ah, okay. Good to know for future reference. The point of my previous post was to let you (and others) know that it was (and still is) working correctly for me, without changing any computer or browser settings. ![]() Read My Links!: http://www.theamazonbasin.com/forums/index.php?/topic/121389-read-my-links/
