I'm worried about my Templar/Two-handed/fire elemental. Need your opinions

Hello,
This is my first time with PoE and also my first char. I'm trying to make a two-handed, fire elemental templar but at this moment I'm not sure if I'm doing it good or wrong so I need your opinions. My lvl is 39 and skill tree:

Dont pay attention to Swashbuckler and two skill increasing one-handed dmg in the begining of tree, I'm going to refund these and change to Slaugter and two skills increasing dmg for two-handed.
So, please feedback because I dont know if I should let it go and start new char.

first your all over the place and have taken some paths that you dont really need to.
look that this version and see if you like it better, you'll have more life and more damg
cleaned up version

or here is one with resolute technique so you will always hit which a lot of melee chrs take
always hit

look at them and take what you want form them and hopefully it will help
