Monitor stops functioning - 'No Signal'

This happens to me a lot as well. GPU is not overheating as riva tuner reads it. I have always had fan profiles running on my video cards, it never reads above 62c max. Monitor just loses signal from video card. Seems to happen more often in ACt2 Town, and just did it again.

Also happens a lot when hovering over items in inventory, or chat.

If your video card is overheating, what will most likely happen is you will get screen corruption and if you don't shut it down it will fry pretty much and not much else.
This is some kind of Driver failure. I've tried different drivers ( the older last best ones for my card that worked great forever ) and the newest Nvidia drivers, same thing happens, and only in POE thus far. Card is 8800GTS.
